I've tried all the fixes that people have suggested and have found that deleting the 'downloads' folder made no difference at all. On average, a 10.0MB file takes 4 minutes to process, if an album contains 12 or more tracks - well... If there is any item within (as a leftover from a former download), delete it. Delay gone. Poosible cause and solution:
